Please note for ALL Positions (including Community Representatives)
- Attendance is mandatory for the three overnight board meetings: summer, winter, and spring
- Speaker Chairperson has additional (reimbursable) travel throughout the year which will be at the discretion and approval of the Chairperson & Vice Chairperson.
- Required AWAG BOG Dates*:
- BOG Application Deadline – May 26, 2017
- BOG Notification – no later than Thursday, June 30, 2017; late applications will be accepted until all positions are filled
- Summer Training Board – Tentatively scheduled for Friday, July 26 through Sunday, July 29, 2017; Ramstein AB, Germany
- Winter Planning Board – Tentatively scheduled January 2018
- Spring Board/ Annual Seminar – Friday, April 27 through Saturday, May 5, 2018; Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, Garmisch, Germany

- Board members must have access to a computer and printer, social media and consistent/reliable access to the internet.
- All Board Members must be comfortable using Microsoft Office; some positions require additional software expertise. Please refer to the position description for more information.
