Notes to consider:
- Attendance is required at three overnight board meetings during the calendar year (summer/fall, winter & spring). Travel and lodging costs are covered by AWAG.
- Tentative dates for in-person board meetings are:
- July 25-28, 2024
- Jan 9-12, 2025
- April 24-May 2, 2025 (Annual Seminar is scheduled for April 27-May 1, 2025)

- Dates for mandatory meetings are subject to change by incoming Chairperson & Vice Chairperson and will be communicated to all applicants once confirmed. Schedule for virtual meetings will be established with team.
- Board members should have access to computer/social media, and consistent/reliable access to internet.
- All positions require use of Microsoft Office & Google Suite; some positions required additional expertise and experience. Please see position descriptions for more information.
